Meet Maxine Williams, our newly appointed Cultural Development Officer at the Brian Boru, the UK's oldest Irish club, dating back to 1889.
Maxine is here to strengthen our ties to the local community and collaborate with established organisations within the club, namely Ashton Comhaltas, Claddagh Community Group, Ceili-Cise, Siobhan’s Dance Class and the upcoming Heritage Project. 
Maxine's role goes beyond preserving our rich culture and heritage. She's all about building local community networks, ensuring that everyone in our community benefits. Through her other work with Irish Community Care and these trusted partners, Maxine is dedicated to offering direct support to our community members. 
Join us in welcoming Maxine as she takes the helm in promoting our heritage, fostering community connections, and making a positive impact on the lives of those in and around Brian Boru.
